At Cat Loaf Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is custom-made just for you, so we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please review the details below:

Refunds and Replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions. The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error. The item received is incorrect, such as the wrong product, size, or design.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following. A clear description of the issue. Photos of the product showing the defect, as well as the packaging and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size or design selected during purchase. Please ensure you review product details and size charts before placing your order.
